It is necessary to precisely define the scope of responsibilities, as well as to plan such issues as, for example, remuneration.

What we have done

• Consultation – we discussed TeamHero’s development with the client and recommended specific actions to meet the objectives
• Creation of a multi-platform application – in accordance with the current standards, we implemented the appropriate functions, as expected by our client. 
• Security – bearing in mind the great responsibility resting on the client, we made sure that the solutions created by us were characterized by an appropriate level of security. 
• Based on technologies necessary for the project (React.js, TypeScript, Redux, PHP, Symfony), we implemented appropriate functionalities into TeamHero.
• Design – bearing in mind that the application must be clear and properly constructed, we introduced the best standards currently used in the market.
